Job Description
- Prepare and maintain Charter Unit Cost on a daily basis.
- Prepare Weekly Management Accounting reports in the required MA format.
- Perform monthly financial analysis and prepare Management Accounting reports.
- Collect fuel uplift data from the Fuel Team and submit reports to relevant stakeholders.
- Update and monitor fuel unit cost on a monthly basis.
- Track and analyze Flight Operations (FO) costs.
- Provide unit cost per Block Hour (BH) data to the Flight Operations Engineering (FOE) team.
- Support the annual budgeting process for Flight Operations (FO).
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.
Job Requirement
1. Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
2. Experience:
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Accounting, Finance, Management Accounting, FP&A, or Audit.
3. English skills:
• Good command of English with TOEIC minimum 300 or equivalent certificate.
4. Other requirements:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Good financial and management reporting skills.
• Knowledge of budgeting and forecasting.
• Good understanding of cost analysis and cost control.
• Strong data analysis and presentation skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Possess knowledge of data analytics, applied AI, or automation.
