Licensed Aircraft Engineer (CRS B1)

• Bảo dưỡng và kiểm tra kỹ thuật bao gồm khung sườn tàu bay, động cơ và các hệ thống cơ học và hệ thống điện
• Thay thế thiết bị trên tàu bay, xác định lỗi và trì hoãn hỏng hóc
• Cô lập lỗi và xử lý hỏng hóc; xác nhận lại tính khả phi của thiết bị tháo từ tàu bay hoặc từ khối thiết bị lớn
• Cho phép trì hoãn khắc phục hỏng hóc và thực hiện quy trình bảo dưỡng theo MEL items trong phụ lục 1 của Chứng chỉ ủy quyền
• Có trách nhiệm đưa tàu bay vào khai thác theo luật của CAA cũng như đảm bảo tính khả phi của tàu bay và thiết bị. Báo cáo sự cố ảnh hưởng đến khả phi tàu bay
• Thực hiện nhiệm vụ khảo sát tình trạng trang thiết bị và lên phương án sửa chữa và danh mục các phụ kiện cần thay thế để đảm bảo thiết bị hoạt động ổn định và chính xác
• Đào tạo thực hành cho kỹ thuật viên cấp dưới để nâng cao trình độ và đạt tiêu chuẩn Cục Hàng không Việt Nam trong thời gian ngắn nhất

• Technical maintenance and inspection including airframe, engine and mechanical and electrical systems
• Replace boarding equipment, identify faults and delay failures
• Fault isolation and failure handling; reconfirm the feasibility of equipment removed from aircraft or from large pieces of equipment
• Allow delay in troubleshooting and performing maintenance procedures according to MEL items in appendix 1 of the Authorization Certificate
• Responsible for putting the aircraft into operation in accordance with CAA law as well as ensuring the airworthiness of the aircraft and equipment. Report incidents affecting airworthiness
• Carry out the task of surveying the condition of equipment and making a repair plan and a list of accessories that need to be replaced to ensure stable and accurate operation of the equipment
• Practical training for junior technicians to improve their qualifications and reach the standards of the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam in the shortest time

1. Học vấn:
• Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành liên quan
2. Kinh nghiệm:
• 02 năm kinh nghiệm làm thực tế tại tàu bay khai thác và hoàn thành khóa đào tạo cơ bản theo tiêu chuẩn CAAV Part 8
• 03 năm kinh nghiệm làm thực tế tại tàu bay khai thác và hoàn thành khóa đào tạo tương đương với thợ lành nghề trong môi trường thương mại kỹ thuật
• 05 năm kinh nghiệm làm thực tế tại tàu bay khai thác và chưa qua khóa đào tạo liên quan
• Có ít nhất 06 tháng làm việc trên loại tàu bay khai thác trong vòng 24 tháng gần nhất
3. Kiến thức/Kỹ năng chuyên môn:
• Có giấy chứng nhận trình độ chuyên môn trong lĩnh vực bảo dưỡng tàu bay còn hiệu lực do cơ quan có thẩm quyền của Việt Nam hoặc nước sở tại cấp
• Đã học chuyển loại tàu bay: hệ thống khung sườn , động cơ và hệ thống điện và điện tử
• Có kiến thức về quy trình bảo dưỡng
• Có kiến thức về hệ thống chất lượng
• Có kiến thức về quy định an ninh và an toàn
• Có chứng chỉ AML mức B1 cấp bởi CAAV
4. Ngoại ngữ:
• Giao tiếp tiếng Anh tốt, TOEIC tối thiểu 500 hoặc tương đương.

1. Education:
• Bachelor's degree in relevant majors
2. Experience:
• 02 years of practical maintenance experience on operating aircraft and completion of a CAAV Part 8 approved basic training course
• 03 years of practical maintenance experience on operating aircraft and completion of training considered relevant by the CAAV as a skilled worker, in a technical trade
• 05 years of practical maintenance experience in operating aircraft without previous relevant technical training
• At least 06 months within the preceding 24 months worked on relevant aircraft
3. Professional knowledge/skills:
• Having a valid certificate/license of professional qualification in the field of aircraft maintenance issued by a competent authority of Vietnam or your present country
• Completed aircraft type training: chassis systems, engines, and electrical and electronic systems
• Good knowledge of procedures related to maintenance
• Good knowledge of quality system
• Good knowledge of safety & security regulation
• Holding valid AML license category B1 issued or recognized by CAAV
4. Language skills:
•Good English communication skills, TOEIC 500+ or equivalent
