Job Description
- Ab-initio Pilot Training Section Manager ensures the proper functions and duties are performed appropriately in a safe, compliant, efficient manner and is accountable to the Flight Crew Training Manager.
- Join the management team in carrying out the following tasks:
+ Appraise and submit to the FCTM for the process for approval of flight school partners, cooperation methods;
+ Considering and submit policies, regulations & standards on admission and training to FCTM for the process of approval from VJAA;
+ Supervise the process of admission and training;
- Cooperate with Implementation team to carrying out the following tasks:
+ Working on detail with flight school on training collaboration and co-design initial pilot training program;
+ Process to apply for approval of training programs and flight schools
+ Set up admission/ recruitment policy
+ Coordinate with related departments, affiliate flight school on media, advertisements;
+ Negotiate and sign training contracts with flight schools;
+ Coordinate with the affiliated flight school to select trainee;
+ Supervising the administrative procedures & processes of the admission process for candidates, from the time of receiving the application to signing the contract with the successful candidate.
+ Deploy, monitor and control the training process and training quality;
- Collaborate to relative departments in the company to develop new training plan as well as maintaining the current plans.
- Providing professional advices to the ATM or departments directly related to Flight Crew Training Department training activities.
- Ensure the quality of teaching is maintained for all training sessions.
- Have full responsibility to supervise the A-b initio pilot training instructors to ensure compliance with training regulations and training quality.
- Propose ideas, innovations to improve training quality to Flight Crew Training Manager; Regularly review and propose the revision of training programs, manuals, question banks relevant documents, procedures, regulations to Flight Crew Training Manager when the necessities arise;
- Carry out additional tasks assigned by Flight Crew Training Manager.

Job Requirement
- Be at least 23 years of age
- Designated Pilot Examiner or 3 years of experience as an instructor
- Hold or have held a Commercial Pilot License & Frozen ATPL or Airline Transport Pilot License
- Train the Trainer certificate
- English proficiency minimum ICAO level 4
- A minimum of 3000 hrs as Pilot; or a minimum of 1500 hours on Multi Pilot Aircraft (MPA)
- Hold a valid instructor qualification
- At least 5 years related work experience
- Enthusiasm & passion for the job
- Instructional abilities, good communication skills
