Job Description
- Comply with VJAA regulations.
- Create close relationships, highly supporting at work with relevant Faculties, Departments and Boards.
- Periodically synthesize, report and make statistics on training and when required by managers.
- Implement other tasks assigned as required by the manager.
- In the event of being unable to continue performing the task, the executive is responsible for handing over to another appropriate personel to continue carrying out the task and reporting to the manager.
- Ensure the quality of teaching is maintained for all flight training sessions.
- Have full responsibility to supervise the flight instructors to ensure compliance with training regulations and training quality.
- Propose ideas, innovations to improve training quality to Flight Crew Training Manager; Regularly review and propose the revision of training programs, manuals, question banks relevant documents, procedures, regulations to Flight Crew Training Manager when the necessities arise;
- Carry out additional tasks assigned by Flight Crew Training Manager.

Job Requirement
- Be at least 23 years of age
- Designated Pilot Examiner or 3 years of experience as an instructor
- Hold or have held a Commercial Pilot License & Frozen ATPL or Airline Transport Pilot License
- Train the Trainer certificate
- English proficiency minimum ICAO level 4
- A minimum of 3000 hrs as Pilot; or a minimum of 1500 hours on Multi Pilot Aircraft (MPA)
- Hold a valid instructor qualification
- At least 5 years related work experience
- Enthusiasm & passion for the job
- Instructional abilities, good communication skills
