Job Description
- The Ground Training Section Manager ensures the proper functions and duties are performed appropriately in a safe, compliant, efficient manner and is accountable to the Flight Crew Training Manager.
- Supervising all Ground Instructor.
- Supervising the standards of all Ground training activities, make assessment and report to Flight Crew Training Manager.
- Store and manage all training data related to Ground training;
- Collaborate to relative departments in the company to develop new training plan as well as maintaining the current plans.
- Providing professional advices to the ATM or departments directly related to Flight Crew Training Department training activities.
- Supervise the activities of the department and ensure the spirit of solidarity and coordination in the work is promoted.
- Establishing and implementing the new employee development plan to cope with the company plan;
- Deploying the procedures, regulations and ensuring guidance to staff within the department;
- Implement corrective actions for non-conformities;
- Ensure the quality of teaching is maintained for all theoretical training sessions.
- Have full responsibility to supervise the ground instructors to ensure compliance with training regulations and training quality.
- Propose ideas, innovations to improve training quality to Flight Crew Training Manager; Regularly review and propose the revision of training programs, manuals, question banks relevant documents, procedures, regulations to Flight Crew Training Manager when the necessities arise;
- Carry out additional tasks assigned by Flight Crew Training Manager.
- Carry out additional tasks assigned by the Head of Training;
- Carry out functions and responsibilities delegated in the absence of the Flight Crew Training Manager.

Job Requirement
- Be at least 23 years of age
- Designated Pilot Examiner or 3 years of experience as an instructor
- Hold or have held a Commercial Pilot License & Frozen ATPL or Airline Transport Pilot License
- Train the Trainer certificate
- English proficiency minimum ICAO level 4
- A minimum of 3000 hrs as Pilot; or a minimum of 1500 hours on Multi Pilot Aircraft (MPA)
- Hold a valid instructor qualification
- At least 5 years related work experience
- Enthusiasm & passion for the job
- Instructional abilities, good communication skills
