Job Description
- Support end-user/department
- Troubleshoot problem, issues
- Reporting to the Manager.
- Research new technology trend and adapt to company’s projects.
- Collaborate with other product team members to get projects done on time with best performance and quality
- Analyze requirements and refine them by working with others
- Design software components or full applications using modern techniques and best practices
- Check unit and integration tests
- Participating in design and code reviews
- Liaising with the key stakeholders of the project.
- Identify and mitigate risk in the projects implementation.
- Lead and mentor less senior members of the team

Job Requirement
- Graduated from University of Information Technology, TOEIC 300+
- 1 year or higher experience in IT
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks including asset control
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Providing technical support across the company
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
- Providing technical assistance to project teams and undertake technical project roles when required, supporting the roll-out of new applications and solutions
- Conducting IT orientation for new joiners
- Logging all incidents and service requests and manage tickets/requests, planning and prioritizing systematically to minimize backlog and ensure operational efficiency
- Demonstrating commitment to and promotion of a culture of service excellence and continual improvement within the IT team
- Previous experience in technology of airlines or travel organization would give you an additional edge.
