Job Description
- Evaluate, survey and research the market, consumers and competitors to apply VJ marketing activities
- Develop and implement the company's strategy for communication, promotion, PR, event, sponsorship, products and services
- Coordinate the revenue management (RM) and E-commerce teams to develop and implement sales promotion programs to increase revenue and customers on each flight
- Propose and develop services and products related to aviation
- Co-brand with related partners to improve the quality and effectiveness of marketing
- Plan to design and produce gifts, decorations, brand items for marketing purposes
- Budget management and report monthly, quarterly, yearly
- Other assignments from the direct Manager
Job Requirement
- Education: Bachelor Degree (preferably graduated from International Universities…)
- Job related experience: At least 4 years of experience in related field
- Specific knowledge: Integrated Marketing/Marketing Communication/Digital
- Business understanding: Integrated Marketing, Business Administration, Digital
- Using fluent Chinese, TOEIC 700 and above
- Prefer candidate with good experience in agency/big client specialized in Account/Planning/Creative/copywrite position
- Prefer candidates who know one of other languages: Chinese, Japan, Korea...
- Fluently using PC & software office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), internet & office tools...
- Experience tackling challenges and driving recommendations and action plans.
- Good adaptability & have ability to define, develop and lead complex projects in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Know how to motivate the team: create an environment that is collaborative and one that empowers team members to do their life’s best work.
- Good communication & negotiation, skills. Logic thinking & creative mind
- Willingness and ability to often travel
