Job Description
- Cost Management Officer assists the Cost Management Team Leader in the day-to-day operations of cost management activities efficiently and economically.
- Obtain all the invoices from contractors, suppliers, forwarders, etc related to Technical orders.
- Verify that all invoices are compatible with orders and receiving.
- Communicating with contractors, suppliers, and forwarders to make sure that invoices are compatible with orders, and contracts.
- Collect related paperwork and complete payment request form then hand it over to Financial Department for payment process.
- Update invoice checking in to Amos platform.
- Perform internal departmental costing and build the annual budget for the Supply and Logistics team.
- Update the exchange rate in AMOS on monthly basis.
- Prepare and produce a routine monthly report.
- Negotiate and obtain the best deal on behalf of the company.
- Direct the preparation and provide reports to higher management.
- Carry out other duties as directed by Managers.
Job Requirement
- College or Bachelor's degree
- Fluent in both spoken and written English - TOEIC minimum 350 or equivalent.
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership skills, and social capabilities
- Ability to work under high pressure
