VJGS plays a crucial role in maintaining efficiency, safety, and service excellence for Vietjet Air's operations, catering to both domestic and international flights with a commitment to operational reliability and customer satisfaction. VJGS is recruiting many positions at Tan Son Nhat and Noi Bai International Airport, especially the PASSENGER SERVICES OFFICER - the face of Vietjet.

Job Description
- • Responsible for implementation services related to Passenger services, and baggage service operations of departure/arrival VJ flights.
- • For departure flight (This includes but are not limited to the following):
- + Check-in for passengers; baggage controlling; suggest passengers to use extra services
- + Passenger and hand-carry monitoring at the boarding gate
- + Co-operated with Ramp departments for the boarding process.
- • For arrival flights (This included but are not limited to the following):
- + Picking up & guiding passengers to the arrival terminal
- + Supervising check-in baggage, incurring issues handling.
- + Execute other tasks as assigned by the supervisor or upper-level manager.
Job Requirement
• Độ tuổi: từ 18 - 30 tuổi
• Nữ cao từ 158cm trở lên
• Nam cao từ 168cm trở lên
• Ngoại hình thiện cảm
1. Học vấn:
• Tốt nghiệp THPT trở lên, sinh viên năm cuối hoặc mới ra trường có thể ứng tuyển làm bán thời gian
2. Kinh nghiệm:
• Có kinh nghiệm làm việc môi trường công cộng là một lợi thế
3. Ngoại ngữ:
• Giao tiếp tốt (tiếng Anh và tiếng Việt). Chứng chỉ TOEIC tối thiểu 500 hoặc các chứng chỉ tương đương hoặc tốt nghiệp Cao Đẳng, Đại học chuyên ngành Tiếng Anh
4. Yêu cầu khác:
• Ưu tiên có thể làm việc toàn thời gian
• Sẵn sàng làm việc theo ca

4. Other requirements:
• Preference for those who can work full time
• Willingness to the work in shift.
