Job Description
- 1. Keep track and update all information and changes in daily operations. Inform crew of any roster changes.
- 2. Ensure crew rostered for flight duties are qualified with the required certifications prior to handover to Flight Dispatchers for flight dispatch release.
- 3. Supervise and deploy crew to perform duties in a timely and compliant manner, in line with regulations (Vietnam Aviation Regulations, Operations Manual, Company Policy and Labor Law).
- 4. Respond to real-time changes in crew availability, weather conditions, and operational requirements by coordinating immediate schedule adjustments.
- 5. Update changes in the flight schedule and maintain the crew schedule for the next day to ensure all flights are adequately covered.
- 6. Ensure positioning/deadheading arrangements for crew before and after duties. Relevant information must be provided to the crew.
- 7. Ensure rest facilities and accommodation are arranged for the crew during operations. Relevant information must be provided to the crew.
- 8. Work closely with other departments, including the Operations Management Center, Ground Operations, Commercial, and Engineering, to ensure seamless operations.
- 9. Report all incidents during flight operations to the Manager in charge and the company.
- 10. Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager in charge.
Job Requirement
1. Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
2. Experience:
• Knowledge / experience of Aviation & Flight Operation is preferable.
3. English skills:
• Good at English with IELTS 5.0/ TOEIC 600 or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in English literature/ TOEFL/...).
4. Other requirements:
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, ...).
• Ability to work under high pressure and facing ad-hoc events.
• Ability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays, as required by operational needs.
• Perform good teamwork and share tasks in daily operation.
• Ability to negotiate with crews and working independently while on duty.
• Strong decision-making skills.
