Job Description
- Thu thập thông tin liên quan đến chuyến bay: lịch bay, tổ bay, tàu bay, thời tiết, NOTAM, tải trọng…
- Lập và cập nhật kế hoạch bay (CFP), phối hợp với điều phái viên và tổ bay.
- Theo dõi chuyến bay, cập nhật thời tiết, tình trạng tàu bay và thông báo bất thường cho tổ bay.
- Hỗ trợ tổ lái và trưởng nhóm trong công tác điều hành khai thác bay.
- Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo phân công của cấp trên.

- Collect flight-related information: flight schedule, aircraft, crew, weather, NOTAMs, payload, etc.
- Prepare and update the flight plan (CFP); coordinate with dispatchers and flight crew.
- Monitor ongoing flights; update weather, aircraft status and notify the crew of any irregularities.
- Support the flight crew and team leader in daily flight operations.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Job Requirement
1. Học vấn:
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên (ưu tiên ngành Hàng không).
2. Kinh nghiệm:
- Có ít nhất từ 1–2 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực điều phái bay.
3. Ngoại ngữ:
-Tiếng Anh tốt, tối thiểu Toeic 500 hoặc chứng chỉ tương đương (IELTS/TOEFL/...); hoặc tốt nghiệp ngành Ngôn ngữ Anh.
4. Yêu cầu khác:
- Chịu áp lực tốt, linh hoạt về thời gian làm việc.
- Kỷ luật, chủ động, có tinh thần trách nhiệm cao.
- Thành thạo tin học văn phòng, xử lý tài liệu.
- Nắm vững quy trình an toàn – an ninh hàng không.

2. Experience:
- At least 1–2 years of experience in flight dispatch or similar roles.
3. Language skills:
- Good at English with Toeic minimum score of 500 or equivalent certificate (IELTS/TOEFL/...); or bachelor's degree in English.
4. Other requirements:
- Able to work under pressure, flexible with shift schedules.
- Highly disciplined, proactive, and responsible.
- Proficient in MS Office and documentation handling.
- Strong understanding of aviation safety and security procedures.
