Job Description
• Thực hiện các dự án phát triển sản phẩm Ancillary mới nhằm phát triển nguồn doanh thu mới, tìm kiếm các cơ hội phát triển các sản phẩm mới, quản lý các dự án phát triển sản phẩm một cách hiệu quả và đúng thời gian cam kết.
• Chịu trách nhiệm về các chỉ tiêu doanh thu được giao, thực hiện phân tích, đánh giá các dữ liệu doanh thu (dữ liệu lớn và phức tạp, doanh thu lớn) nhằm tìm kiếm, khai thác những cơ hội doanh thu đối với các sản phẩm đã phát triển.
• Theo dõi xu hướng thị trường và các hoạt động của đối thủ cạnh tranh, liên tục đánh giá hiệu quả doanh thu của sản phẩm, thực hiện phân tích chi tiết kết quả hoạt động kinh doanh và đề xuất các chương trình xúc tiến bán, kế hoạch tiếp thị phù hợp để tối ưu hóa doanh thu.
• Thực hiện các công việc khác theo sự phân công.
• Responsibility for searching news products/ opportunities on enrich Ancillary revenue as well as managing all related projects.
• Responsibility for KPI revenue, monitor revenue to maximin revenue on current sources and explore more hidden revenue opportunities. Effectively applies industry domain knowledge and skills of analysis, business processes, tools, market research to propose practical recommendations and solutions to a range of problems. Plan and implement sale promotion programs, periodic product marketing plans for sales channels, monitor implementation, analyze and evaluate the effectiveness per KPI of products in charge.
• Monitor current market trends, competitor activities, as well as any price movements and make recommendations that will be used in key pricing decision making.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Job Requirement
• Nam / nữ, tuổi từ 25 tuổi trở lên.
1. Trình độ học vấn:
• Tốt nghiệp đại học chuyên ngành Kinh tế, Marketing, Quản trị kinh doanh, Ngân hàng.
2. Kinh nghiệm:
• Ưu tiên ứng viên có kiến thức và kinh nghiệm làm việc trong lĩnh vực Phân tích đầu tư chứng khoán / Kinh doanh quốc tế / Thương mại điện tử.
3. Ngoại ngữ:
• Kỹ năng tiếng Anh tốt (Toeic 700 hoặc chứng chỉ tương đương).
4. Kiến thức chuyên ngành:
• Ưu tiên có kỹ năng báo cáo phân tích số liệu sử dụng BI, Data Analysis, Data mining, các chương trình Python, SQL…
• Ưu tiên biết sử dụng các công cụ: Google Analysis, Power BI, Python ( Pandas, Numpy, Seaporn …), SQL (My SQL)
5. Yêu cầu khác:
• Có kinh nghiệm làm quản lý dự án, có kỹ năng giải quyết vấn đề.
• Kỹ năng quản lý thời gian tốt, khả năng làm việc theo nhóm và có khả năng thực hiện đa nhiệm.
• Male / female, aged from 25 and above.
1. Education:
• Graduated from university major in Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, Banking.
2. Experience:
• Prefer candidates who have adequate knowledge and work experience in Securities investment analysis/International Business/ E-commerce.
3. Language skills:
• Good English skills (Toeic 700 or equivalent certificate).
4. Specific knowledge:
• Prefer analytical skills using BI, data analysis, Data mining, programme Python, SQL…
• Prefer Google Analysis, Power BI, Python (Pandas, Numpy, Seaporn …), SQL (my SQL)
5. Other requirements:
• Good experience in project management, skills in problems solving and decisions making.
• Good time management skill, must be self-directed and motivated and able to perform multi-task balance.
