Job Description
- Chịu trách nhiệm phân tích và tối ưu hóa doanh thu từng chuyến bay theo từng đường bay được phân công
- Chịu trách nhiệm cân bằng giữa doanh thu trung bình, hệ số sử dụng ghế và chi phí khai thác của từng chuyến bay
- Phân tích xu hướng hiện tại, định vị của VietJet trên thị trường để ra quyết định phân phối giá vé phù hợp
- Phân tích, nghiên cứu số liệu mở đường bay mới
- Tham gia xây dựng chính sách giá, điều kiện giá của Vietjet
- Đảm bảo các chỉ tiêu doanh thu theo kế hoạch kinh doanh
- Lên các chương trình sale adhoc và sale định kỳ.
- Lập kế hoạch doanh thu, dự báo và theo dõi
- Phối hợp chặt chẽ cùng đội Sale từng thị trường nhằm đảm bảo giá vé, doanh số và chiến lược quản trị doanh thu được đảm bảo nhằm tối đa hóa doanh thu
- Lập báo cáo nghiệp vụ định kỳ
- Take over analyzing and optimizing the revenue of each flight according to assigned routes
- Take over balancing average revenue, seat utilization rates, and operational costs for each flight
- Analyze current trends and Vietjet's market positioning to make appropriate fare distribution decisions
- Analyze and research data for new route development
- Participate in the development of VietJet's pricing policies and terms.
- Ensure revenue targets are met according to business plans
- Develop ad hoc and periodic sales programs
- Plan revenue, forecast and monitor its performance
- Collaborate closely with the sales team for each market to ensure fare, revenue and management strategies are effectively implemented to maximize revenue
- Prepare regular operational reports
Job Requirement
- Độ tuổi: từ 22 trở lên
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên
- Có kinh nghiệm quản trị doanh thu trong lĩnh vực hàng không, khách sạn, có kinh nghiệm phân tích đầu tư chứng khoán, tiền tệ, kinh doanh quốc tế là một lợi thế
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp tiếng Anh tốt (TOEIC 650 trở lên hoặc các chứng chỉ tương đương)
- Sử dụng thành thạo Microsoft Excel hoặc Power querry hoặc Python và hoặc các chương trình quản lý cơ sở dữ liệu
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp, thuyết phục, đàm phán tốt
- Kỹ năng xử lý tình huống bất thường, giải quyết vấn đề và ra quyết định
- Kỹ năng quản lý công việc và quản lý thời gian tốt
- Kỹ năng làm việc nhóm
- Có khả năng giám sát, tham vấn
- Applicants must be 22 years old or older
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Experience in revenue management in the aviation or hospitality industry, or experience in analyzing investments, securities, currency, or in international business is a plus
- Excellent spoken and written English (TOEIC 650+ or equivalent certificate)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power querry or Python and/or other database management programs (SQL)
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
