- Quản lý và vận hành kho vật tư, đảm bảo quy trình tiếp nhận, lưu kho, cấp phát và phân phối vật tư hiệu quả.
- Thực hiện nhiệm vụ trực kho ngoài giờ hành chính, cuối tuần và hỗ trợ các yêu cầu khẩn cấp (AOG).
- Duy trì điều kiện bảo quản, an toàn, vệ sinh kho theo tiêu chuẩn ngành hàng không và yêu cầu của cơ quan quản lý.
- Quản lý xuất/nhập kho, kiểm kê, cập nhật tồn kho và theo dõi toàn bộ giao dịch trên hệ thống AMOS hoặc quy trình thủ công khi cần.
- Phối hợp với các bộ phận Kế hoạch, Mua hàng và Bảo dưỡng để đảm bảo vật tư luôn sẵn sàng phục vụ hoạt động khai thác và bảo dưỡng.
- Theo dõi mức tồn kho, xử lý các sai lệch, hỗ trợ lập kế hoạch cung ứng vật tư và duy trì chất lượng dịch vụ.
- Tuân thủ các quy trình về chất lượng, an toàn, an ninh và tham gia các buổi họp giao ban của bộ phận.
- Được đào tạo và thực hiện đúng các quy trình liên quan đến quản lý vật tư, kiểm tra đầu vào, ESDS và ATA300.


- Manage warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receiving, storage, issuance, and distribution of aircraft materials and spare parts.
- Perform Store Duty Officer responsibilities after office hours, on weekends, and support urgent AOG requests.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and storage conditions in compliance with aviation industry standards and airworthiness requirements.
- Handle inventory transactions, stock control, cycle counts, and material movements through the AMOS system or manual procedures when required.
- Coordinate with Planning, Purchasing, and Maintenance teams to ensure timely material availability for operational and maintenance needs.
- Monitor inventory levels, resolve discrepancies, and support material provisioning to maintain smooth operations.
- Comply with quality, safety, security, and housekeeping procedures while participating in daily or weekly operational briefings.
- Ensure proper knowledge and compliance with material handling procedures, including incoming inspection, ESDS, and ATA300 requirements.s

1. Học vấn:
• Trung cấp trở lên, ưu tiên ngành Kỹ thuật, Giao nhận, Kho bãi

2. Kinh nghiệm:
• Ưu tiên các ứng viên có kinh nghiệm đảm nhiệm vị trí tương đương trong ngành
• Có kinh nghiệm thợ máy kỹ thuật và luật hàng không liên quan sẽ là một lợi thế

3. Kiến thức/Kỹ năng chuyên môn:
• Có kiến thức về kho vật tư phụ tùng và các quy định liên quan

4. Ngoại ngữ:
• Kỹ năng giao tiếp tiếng Anh tốt,
• Chứng chỉ Tiếng anh: TOEIC tối thiểu 300 hoặc tương đương

5. Kỹ năng tin học văn phòng:
• Sử dụng tốt tin học văn phòng. Ưu tiên biết sử dung AMOS

6. Kỹ năng mềm:
• Có khả năng làm việc dưới áp lực cao
• Có kỷ luật và làm việc hiệu quả theo nhóm
• Có tính cẩn thận

7.Yêu cầu khác:
• Hiểu biết về AI và kỹ năng sử dụng công nghệ số cơ bản

1. Education:
• Vocational diploma or higher, majoring in Technical, Supply, Warehouse will be preferred

2. Experience:
• Preference for those with prior experience in a similar position in aviation
• Background in aircraft mechanical and VAR requirements will be an advantage

3. Professional knowledge/skills:
• Excellent knowledge of inventory management and spares standard

4. Language skills:
• Good English communication skills
• English certificate: TOEIC 300+ or equivalent

5. Computer skills:
• Proficient in MS Office, AMOS is preferable

6. Soft skills:
• Able to work under high pressure
• Self-disciplined; able to work effectively in a team
• Careful

7. Other requirements:
• Possess knowledge of basic AI or Digital Literacy
