Job Description
1.Theo dõi và giữ vật tư cho tàu bay:
• Chịu trách nhiệm phối hợp với MCC, PPC và Store để theo dõi các phụ tùng, vật tư đã được đặt hàng. Dựa trên thông tin của các đơn đặt hàng, MCC Material Planner sẽ theo dõi và thực hiện việc ""giữ hàng"" và ""nhả hàng"" các vật tư, phụ tùng này cho Work-order của hỏng hóc tương ứng trên AMOS.
2. Tổng hợp vật tư cho các tàu AOG/Storage:
• Kiểm tra sổ Nhật ký Kỹ thuật của các tàu bay AOG/Storage và thống kê các vật tư đang bị tháo để phục vụ cho các tàu bay khai thác. Gửi các báo cáo thống kê này cho Maintenance Director, Deputy Maintenance Directors, MCCM, Deputy MCCM.
3. Các yêu cầu khác từ Maintenance Director, Deputy Maintenance Directors, MCCM, Deputy MCCM:
• Ngoài 2 yêu cầu công việc chính ở mục 1 và 2, MCC Material Planner có thể sẽ thực hiện thêm các yêu cầu khác từ Maintenance Director, Deputy Maintenance Directors, MCCM, Deputy MCCM.
1.Tracking and Performing Spares Reservation:
• Responsible for coordinating with MCC, PPC and Store to track the ordered spare parts and supplies. Based on the information of the orders, MCC Material Planner will track and perform the ""reservation" and "dereservation" of these materials and spare parts for the respective Work-order of the ADD on the AMOS.
2.Collecting and Summarising Spares Required for AOG/Storage Aircraft:
• Checks the Technical Log book of AOG/Storage aircraft and makes a list of the materials being removed to serve the operating aircraft. Send these statistical reports to the Maintenance Director, Deputy Maintenance Directors, MCCM, and Deputy MCCM.
3.Other requests from Maintenance Director, Deputy Maintenance Directors, MCCM, Deputy MCCM:
• In addition to the 2 main job requirements in items 1 and 2, the MCC Material Planner may perform other requirements from the Maintenance Director, Deputy Maintenance Directors, MCCM, and Deputy MCCM.

2. Kinh nghiệm: Có kinh nghiệm làm việc trong ngành Hàng không, hiểu biết các hoạt động bảo dưỡng ngoại trường.
3. Kiến thức chuyên ngành: Có kiến thức về ngành Hàng không.
4. Ngôn ngữ:
• Giao tiếp tiếng Anh: nghe, nói, đọc, viết, hiểu tài liệu kỹ thuật,
• Chứng chỉ Tiếng anh: TOEIC 450+ hoặc tương đương.
5. Yêu cầu khác:
• Hiểu biết về AI và kỹ năng sử dụng công nghệ số cơ bản.
• Làm việc ngoài giờ, chịu áp lực công việc, sức khỏe tốt.
1. Education: Graduated from University with a relevant major.
2. Experience: Having experience in the aviation field and understanding line maintenance activities.
3. Specific knowledge: Knowledge about aviation.
4. Language:
• Able to communicate in English: listen, speak, read and write, understand technical documents.
• English certificate: Toeic 450+ or equivalent.
5. Others:
• Possess knowledge of basic AI or Digital Literacy.
• Overtime required, Work under high pressure, good health.
