Job Description
1. Hỗ trợ hoạt động bảo dưỡng:
• Báo cáo cho MCC Duty Manager về các việc ngoài chức năng hoặc các vấn đề chưa được giải quyết phát sinh trong ca trực
• Trực tiếp hỗ trợ LMD thực hiện khắc phục các hỏng hóc khó, kéo dài
• Hỗ trợ và tư vấn cho kỹ sư bảo dưỡng các giải pháp để khắc phục sự các hỏng hóc trên tàu bay trong quá trình khai thác hoặc các hỏng hóc đang được trì hoãn
• Trực tiếp tham gia vào các cuộc đánh giá do QA của Công ty hoặc Đánh giá viên có thẩm quyền thực hiện và hỗ trợ các kỹ sư bảo trì trong các hành động khắc phục để khắc phục mọi phát hiện
2. Các nhiệm vụ khác:
• Hỗ trợ hoạt động bảo dưỡng ngoại trường 24/7
• Trực tiếp tham gia bảo dưỡng tàu bay khi cần
• Hỗ trợ MCC Controller để kiểm tra lại tính chính xác của các ADD trên AMOS
• Kiểm tra lại các ADD Notice & Spare Request nhận từ MCC Controller hoặc từ nhân viên PPC trước khi trình MCC Manager, Deputy MCC Manager và MCC Duty Manager phê duyệt
1.Support of maintenance activities:
• Report to MCC Duty Manager about out-of-function or unresolved issues that arise during the shift
• Directly support LMD to perform troubleshooting for persistent defects
• Support and advise maintenance engineers on troubleshooting solutions for defects on aircraft during operation or deferred defects
• Directly involve in audits carried out by Company's QA or authority auditors and assist maintenance engineers in corrective actions to rectify any findings
2. Other tasks:
• Support the line maintenance activities 24/7
• Participate directly to aircraft maintenance operations when required to support the Line Maintenance activities within the scope of the granted authorizations
• Verify the accuracy of ADD updates in AMOS when MCC Tech Support staff is assigned by the Duty Manager to work in the position of MCC Controller
• Crosscheck ADD notice & Spare Request received from MCC Controller or PPC staff before submitting to the Deputy Maintenance Director, MCC Manager, Deputy MCC Manager or MCC Duty Manager for approval

1. Học vấn:
• Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Điện, Điện tử, Cơ khí hoặc các chuyên ngành liên quan
2. Kinh nghiệm:
• Là Kỹ sư được ủy quyền B1 hoặc B2 của QA Công ty
3. Kiến thức/Kỹ năng chuyên môn:
• Hiểu các quy định của Luật Hàng không Việt Nam và các quy trình hoạt động (SOP) của Vietjet
• Có khả năng quản lý và phối hợp các hoạt động bảo dưỡng
4. Ngoại ngữ:
• Kỹ năng giao tiếp tiếng Anh, TOEIC tối thiểu 450
• Có khả năng đọc hiểu và phân tích tài liệu kỹ thuật
5. Yêu cầu khác:
• Khả năng thuyết phục, đoàn kết, phát triển tư duy lãnh đạo, phát triển bản thân
• Có khả năng làm việc hiệu quả dưới sự chỉ dẫn, xây dựng văn hóa làm việc trách nhiệm
• Có thể làm việc ngoài giờ, chịu áp lực công việc, sức khỏe tốt.
• Hiểu biết về phân tích dữ liệu, AI ứng dụng hoặc tự động hóa.

• University graduate with a degree in Aviation Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related major
2. Experience:
• Be authorized as a B1 or B2 certifier by the QAM of Company
3. Professional knowledge/skills:
• Have good understanding of the requirements of Vietnam Air Legislation and Vietjet Air's SOPs
• Control & co-ordinate of line and base maintenance activities
4. Language skills:
• Good English communication skills with minimum TOEIC score of 450
• Be able to read, understand and analyze technical documents written in English
5. Other requirements:
• Be able to negotiate, create unity, develop themselves with an open mindset
• Be able to work effectively under supervision and create a culture of accountability
• Be able to work overtime when required and work under high pressure
• Have good health.
• Possess knowledge of data analytics, applied AI, or automation
