Job Description
- Kiểm tra vật tư, phụ tùng tàu bay và hồ sơ kèm theo theo quy định của Công ty, CAAV và các yêu cầu pháp lý hiện hành.
- Xác minh tình trạng, chứng từ và xác định vật tư, phụ tùng đủ điều kiện tiếp nhận, lưu kho hoặc cấp phát.
- Cập nhật đầy đủ kết quả kiểm tra và thông tin vật tư trên hệ thống quản lý theo quy định.
- Báo cáo các sai lệch hoặc vật tư không phù hợp và phối hợp với các đơn vị liên quan để xử lý.
- Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo phân công của cấp quản lý.
- Inspect aircraft parts, materials, and accompanying documentation to ensure compliance with company procedures, CAAV, and other applicable regulatory requirements.
- Verify the identity, condition, certification, and serviceability of aircraft parts and materials before acceptance, storage, or issuance.
- Maintain accurate inspection records and update inventory information in the relevant management system.
- Report discrepancies or non-conforming parts/materials and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely resolution.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the direct supervisor.
Job Requirement
- Trình độ học vấn: Bằng cử nhân trở lên hoặc đang có giấy phép do Cục HKVN cấp
- Kinh nghiệm: 03 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc liên quan đến kiểm sát viên kho vật tư
- Kiến thức chuyên ngành:
• Kiến thức cơ bản về máy bay và cơ khí, hiểu các yêu cầu của VAR.
• Giao tiếp Tiếng anh tốt
• Chứng chỉ Tiếng anh: Toeic 500+ hoặc tương đương.
- Kỹ năng tin học:
- Yêu cầu khác:
• Hiểu biết về phân tích dữ liệu, AI ứng dụng hoặc tự động hóa.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher, or currently holding a license issued by the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam (CAAV).
- Experience: 3 years experience in the store inspector.
- Specific knowledge:
• Background knowledge of aircraft and mechanical and understand of VAR requirements.
- Language skills:
• English certificate: TOEIC 500+ or equivalent.

• Possess knowledge of data analytics, applied AI, or automation.
