Job Description
1. Giám sát & Kiểm soát chất lượng:
· Thực hiện kiểm tra, audit và giám sát các hoạt động bảo dưỡng tàu bay/linh kiện nhằm đảm bảo tuân thủ tài liệu được phê chuẩn, quy định CAAV VAR và tiêu chuẩn VJC.
· Thực hiện đánh giá và giám sát đối với tàu bay, linh kiện, cơ sở vật chất, hangar, line station, dụng cụ, thiết bị, GSE và quy trình quản lý vật tư.
· Giám sát trực tiếp các hoạt động bảo dưỡng đang diễn ra.
2. Đánh giá và hành động khắc phục:
· Nhận diện, ghi nhận và báo cáo các sai lệch kèm bằng chứng.
· Lập báo cáo kiểm tra, đánh giá theo yêu cầu của MQA.
· Đề xuất, theo dõi, xác minh nhằm đảm bảo hoàn tất đúng hạn và đánh giá hiệu quả các hành động khắc phục/phòng ngừa đã được triển khai.
3. Đánh giá và phê chuẩn kỹ thuật:
· Rà soát các đề nghị liên quan đến gia công linh kiện và dụng cụ thay thế/tự chế.
· Đánh giá báo cáo tự đánh giá trước khi bổ sung loại tàu bay, mở rộng line station hoặc cập nhật danh mục phạm vi công viêc (LoSOW).
· Cung cấp ý kiến và khuyến nghị kỹ thuật cho Quality Control Manager và MQA.
4. Điều tra sự cố và phối hợp:
· Tham gia điều tra sự cố tàu bay và lỗi bảo dưỡng theo phân công.
· Phối hợp với bộ phận Safety, Security & Compliance trong các cuộc điều tra liên quan đến chất lượng bảo dưỡng.
· Hỗ trợ phân tích nguyên nhân gốc rễ và xây dựng biện pháp khắc phục.
5. Báo cáo và nhiệm vụ khác:
· Báo cáo các vấn đề chất lượng bảo dưỡng cho Quality Control Manager và MQA Director thông qua họp và báo cáo định kỳ.
· Hỗ trợ triển khai và cải tiến chương trình kiểm tra/giám sát.
· Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo phân công của MQA Director.

· Conduct inspections, audits, and surveillance of aircraft and component maintenance activities to ensure compliance with approved maintenance data, CAAV VARs, and VJC standards.
· Perform product audits and surveillance on aircraft, components, facilities, hangars, line stations, tools, equipment, GSE, and material control processes.
· Monitor ongoing maintenance activities to ensure proper procedures and regulatory compliance.
2. Audit & Corrective Action:
· Identify, record, and report non-conformities with objective evidence.
· Prepare inspection and audit reports in accordance with MQA requirements.
· Propose, monitor, verify to ensure timely completion and evaluate the effectiveness of the implemented corrective and preventive actions.
3. Technical Review & Approval:
· Review applications related to part fabrication and alternate/fabricated tools.
· Evaluate self-assessment reports prior to aircraft type addition, line station expansion, or updating the List of Scope of Work LoSOW .
· Provide technical recommendations to Quality Control Manager and MQA Director.
4. Occurrence Investigation & Coordination:
· Participate in investigations of aircraft incidents and maintenance errors as assigned.
· Coordinate with Safety, Security & Compliance during maintenance-related investigations related to maintenance quality.
· Support root cause analysis and corrective action development.
5. Reporting & Other Duties:
· Report maintenance quality issues to management Quality Control Manager and MQA Director through meetings and reports.
· Support the implementation and continuous improvement of inspection programs.
· Perform other duties as assigned by the MQA Director.

Job Requirement
1.Học vấn: Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên.
2. Kinh nghiệm:
· Tối thiểu 05 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực bảo dưỡng tàu bay.
· Có chứng chỉ hành nghề bảo dưỡng tàu bay hiệu lực.
· Ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm thực hiện audit, inspection, surveillance trong môi trường AMO.
· Có kinh nghiệm line maintenance và base maintenance là lợi thế.
3. Kiến thức chuyên ngành:
· Có kiến thức, nền tảng về hoạt động bảo dưỡng, kiểm tra tàu bay.
· Hiểu rõ và thích ứng hệ thống Đảm bảo chất lượng của VJC.
· Hiểu rõ các hoạt động và quy trình an toàn, chất lượng, kỹ thuật của VJC.
· Hiểu rõ các yêu cầu và quy định về bảo dưỡng tàu bay của Cục HKVN, ICAO, IOSA, và các nhà chức trách HK lớn như EASA, FAA.
4. Ngôn ngữ:
· Giao tiếp Tiếng anh thành thạo.
· Chứng chỉ Tiếng anh: Toeic 500+ hoặc tương đương.
5. Kỹ năng tin học:
· Sử dụng thành thạo phần mềm Microsoft Office ( Words, Excel, PowerPoint) .
6. Yêu cầu khác:
· Hiểu biết về phân tích dữ liệu, AI ứng dụng hoặc tự động hóa.
· Có kỹ năng phân tích, điều tra và xác định nguyên nhân gốc rễ tốt.
· Kỹ năng lập báo cáo, tài liệu và trình bày rõ ràng.
· Có khả năng làm việc độc lập, chịu áp lực và làm việc trong môi trường đa văn hóa.
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher.
2. Experience:
· At least 05 years of experience in aircraft maintenance.
· Hold a valid aircraft maintenance license.
· Experience in audit, inspection, or surveillance activities within an AMO environment is preferred.
· Exposure to line maintenance and base maintenance operations is an advantage.
3. Specific knowledge:
· Have a background and knowledge in aircraft maintenance and inspection activities.
· Definite understanding and adaptation of VJC’s QA system and organization.
· Knowledges of safety, quality, maintenance procedures and activities.
· Comprehensive understanding of maintenance requirements and regulation issued by CAAV, ICAO, IOSA and major NAA (e.g. FAA, EASA).
4. Language skills:
· Proficient in English communication.
· English certificate: Toeic 500+ or equivalent.
5. Computer skills:
· Proficient in using Microsoft Office ( Words, Excel, PowerPoint)
6. Other requirements:
· Possess knowledge of data analytics, applied AI, or automation.
· Strong analytical, investigation, and root cause analysis skills.
