Job Requirement
SELECTION CRITERIA:
Education: University;
Major/Field: Cabin Crew;
SPECIAL REQUIREMENT:
Work Experience (years): 2 years experience as Purser
Hold a valid and current Cabin Crew qualification certificate.
Have a minimum of five (05) years of cabin crew operational experience, including at least two (02) consecutive years serving as an active Purser at Vietjet.
Have no disciplinary violations within the last twelve (12) months, as reflected in the Company’s official records and system.
Demonstrate adequate knowledge and the ability to apply safety, security, and service standards during the selection process.
Demonstrate strong non-technical skills during the selection process.
Possess an appropriate training mindset and the ability to adapt well to the training environment.
