Job Description
• Tuân thủ kế hoạch phân công đào tạo; thực hiện các hoạt động đào tạo theo chương trình đào tạo và danh sách người tham gia.
• Tham gia xây dựng giáo trình, đề cương bài giảng.
• Tăng cường và trao đổi kiến thức chuyên môn, nâng cao trình độ tiếng Anh.
• Kiểm tra, đánh giá trước sự phù hợp của phòng học lý thuyết/ thực hành; thực hiện đào tạo lý thuyết/ thực hành theo nhiệm vụ được giao và theo tiêu chuẩn của VJAA.
• Biên soạn câu hỏi kiểm tra theo yêu cầu; giám thị, kiểm tra, chấm điểm, báo cáo kết quả thi; duy trì các yêu cầu về an toàn lao động.

• Complying with the training assignment schedule, conducting training activities in accordance with the training program and the list of participants.
• Participating in the construction of manuals and syllabuses.
• Enhancing and exchanging professional knowledge improves English language proficiency.
• Examining and assessing the adequacy of classrooms used for theory/ practical training beforehand; conducting theory/ practical training in compliance with assignments and under the standards determined by VJAA.
• Compiling test questions upon request; invigilating, examining, grading, reporting the exam results; and maintaining the requirements of work safety regulations.

• Ít nhất 23 tuổi
1. Học vấn và chuyên môn:
• Trình độ Đại học trở lên.
• Chứng chỉ/Giấy phép trong lĩnh vực liên quan.
• Có chứng chỉ Train the Trainer.
2. Kinh nghiệm:
• Có ít nhất 5 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực hàng không.
• Có ít nhất 5 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí Tiếp Viên và ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí Tiếp Viên Trưởng.
• Có chứng chỉ, kinh nghiệm giáo viên ít nhất 1 năm.
3. Trình độ Tiếng Anh:
• Toeic 600 hoặc IELTS 5.0 hoặc TOEFL IBT 60 hoặc CBT 175 hoặc Bằng cử nhân tiếng Anh.
4. Yêu cầu khác:
• Sự nhiệt tình và đam mê với công việc.
• Khả năng giảng dạy, kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt.
• Biết sử dụng máy tính (thành thạo Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, v.v…).
• Sẵn sàng đi công tác theo yêu cầu.

1. Education and expertise:
• Degree of Bachelor or higher.
• Certificates/ Licenses in related fields.
• Train the Trainer certificate.
2. Experience:
• At least 5 years of experience in aviation.
• At least 5 years of experience as Cabin Crew and at least 2 year of experience as Purser.
• Hold a valid instructor qualification for at least 1 year.
3. English proficiency:
• TOEIC 600 or IELTS 5.0 or TOEFL IBT 60 or CBT 175 or bachelor’s degree in English.
4. Other requirements:
• Enthusiasm and passion for the job.
• Instructional abilities, good communication skills.
• Computer literate (proficient with Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc…).
• Willing to travel as required.
