Job Description
- Ensure crew rostered for flight duties are qualified with the qualification prior to handover to Flight Dispatchers for flight dispatch release.
- Supervise and deploy crew performing duty in a timely manner and compulsory in line with regulations (Vietnam Aviation Regulation, Operation Manual, Company policy, Labour law).
- Respond to real-time changes in crew availability, weather conditions, and operational requirements by coordinating immediate schedule adjustments.
- Monitor Crewing team performance with high standard and support if required.
- Work closely with other departments, including Operation Management Center, Ground Operation, Commercial, Engineering to ensure a seamless operation.
- Report to higher managers and suggest solution about the issues relating to crews or crewing.
- Conduct the tasks under direction from managers.
Job Requirement
- At least 5 years in Aviation Industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Aviation law (VAR).
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Decision-making skills
- Ability to work with others and independently.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Office Product.
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent.
- English Language Proficiency: IELTS 6.5 or equivalent.
- Good knowledge of Aviation Flight Ops system
