Chuyên Viên Cao Cấp An Toàn / Safety Senior Executive/Engineer

A - Nhiệm vụ Chính

- Duy trì, xem xét và sửa đổi các tài liệu an toàn bao gồm SMSM, các quy trình, tài liệu, tiến trình và các tài liệu khác theo hệ thống quản lý an toàn để đảm bảo rằng tài liệu đáp ứng mọi yêu cầu và kỳ vọng của quy định và nội bộ
- Thu thập dữ liệu an toàn từ các nguồn nội bộ và bên ngoài để phát triển và quản lý hiệu quả hệ thống báo cáo an toàn và cơ sở dữ liệu an toàn
- Phối hợp với các nhóm MSAG để xem xét thông tin an toàn nhằm xác định các mối nguy tiềm ẩn, đánh giá hậu quả tiềm ẩn của chúng và tiến hành đánh giá rủi ro an toàn của các mối nguy, đưa ra các khuyến nghị an toàn và biện pháp giảm thiểu cho nhóm MSAG có liên quan
- Đảm bảo tất cả các mối nguy được xác định trong quá trình kiểm toán và khảo sát được ghi vào nhật ký nguy hiểm và có hành động tiếp theo được thực hiện theo quy trình Quản lý rủi ro an toàn
- Tiến hành hoặc tổ chức các cuộc kiểm toán an toàn, khảo sát an toàn và kiểm tra mọi khía cạnh của công tác bảo dưỡng
- Giám sát các hành động khắc phục an toàn để đảm bảo hoàn thành và hiệu quả
- Phối hợp với Ban SnC, Ban QC để điều tra các sự cố máy bay và các sự kiện an toàn khác theo yêu cầu của Giám đốc MQA
- Báo cáo về các vấn đề an toàn và hiệu suất của SMS và bất kỳ nhu cầu cải tiến nào cho Giám đốc MQA thông qua các cuộc họp thường kỳ
-Cung cấp các báo cáo an toàn định kỳ cho Ủy ban An toàn liên quan đến hiệu suất quản lý an toàn

B - Nhiệm vụ Phụ
- Đào tạo an toàn, thực hiện đánh giá năng lực và phỏng vấn cấp ủy quyền cho nhân viên bảo dưỡng

A - Main Tasks
- Maintain, review, and amend safety documentation including SMSM, procedures, documents, processes and others under the safety management system to ensure that it meets all regulatory and internal requirements and expectations
- Collect safety data from internal and external sources to develop and effectively manage the safety reporting system and safety database
- Coordinate with MSAG teams to review safety information to identify latent hazards, assess their potential consequences, and conduct safety risk assessments of hazards, provide safety recommendations and mitigation measures to the relevant MSAG team
- Ensure all hazards identified during audits and surveys are registered into the hazard log and have further action taken under the Safety Risk Management process
- Conduct or organize safety audits, safety surveys, and inspections of any aspect of maintenance
- Monitor corrective safety actions to ensure accomplishment and effectiveness
- Coordinate with SnC Section and QC Section to investigate aircraft incidents and other safety events as requested by the MQA Director
- Report on safety issues, SMS performance and any improvement needs to the MQA Director through regular meetings
- Provide periodic safety reports to the Safety Committee regarding safety management performance

B - Extra Tasks
- Conduct SMS training, competence assessment, and interviews for maintenance personnel prior to authorization

1. Trình độ học vấn:
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên

2. Kinh nghiệm:
- Tối thiểu 05 năm kinh nghiệm trong các hoạt động bảo dưỡng tàu bay và/hoặc Đảm bảo An toàn Chất lượng

3.Kiến thức chuyên ngành::
- Có kiến thức nền tảng về lĩnh vực bảo dưỡng tàu bay, quản lý an toàn, đảm bảo chất lượng
- Hiểu rõ các hoạt động và quy trình an toàn, chất lượng, kỹ thuật
- Hiểu rõ các yêu cầu, quy định về bảo dưỡng tàu bay của Cục HKVN, ICAO, IOSA và các nhà chức trách hàng không lớn như EASA, FAA

4. Ngoại ngữ:
- TOEIC từ 500 hoặc tương đương

5. Yêu cầu khác:
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt
- Khả năng làm việc độc lập và làm việc nhóm
- Kỹ năng tin học văn phòng (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Sẵn sàng làm việc theo lịch không cố định khi cần
- Kỹ năng quản lý thời gian




1. Education:
- Graduated from University or College

2. Job-related experience:
- At least 05 years of experience in aircraft maintenance and/or quality assurance

3. Professional knowledge/skills:
- Proven background and knowledge in aircraft maintenance, safety management, and quality assurance
- Possess Auditor Qualification certificate
- Definite understanding and adaptation of VJC QA system and organization
- Knowledge of safety, quality, and maintenance procedures and activities
- Wide understanding of safety, quality, and maintenance requirements as required by CAAV, ICAO, IOSA and major NAAs such as EASA, FAA

4. Language skills:
- TOEIC 500 or equivalent

5. Other requirements:
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Willing to work irregular schedules when required
- Logical thinking, decision-making based on objective evidence
- Time management
- Honesty and trustworthiness
