Job Description
1. Thực hiện việc huấn luyện cho học viên hiệu
quả và chất lượng.
Conducting classroom training with trainees for the purpose of developing/maintaining a high degree of proficiency.
2. Chuẩn bị lớp học các dụng cụ cho việ huấn luyện trước khi khóa lớp học diễn ra.
Preparing classroom and setting up training materials prior to schedule of start time.
3. Đo lường tiến trình huấn luyện cho học viên sử dụng chương trình giảng dạy.
Measuring training progress of the trainees within the established curriculum, utilizing objectives and subjective methods.
4. Báo cáo cho Trưởng Ban đào tạo cơ bản bất kì vấn đề phát sinh trong quá trình huấn luyện.
Reporting to the Basic training Leader any training problems (poor performance, conflicts, excessive tardiness, etc.).
5. Thảo luận, đề xuất ý kiến để phát triển bài học hoặc chương trình huấn luyện theo tiêu chuẩn và quy định.
Discussing suggestions and recommendations regarding correction and modifications to lessons or course ware in accordance with Standard and Policy.
6. Trợ giúp trfong vấn đề phát triển tài liệu huấn luyện và chương trình huấn luyện.
Assisting in development and revision of training materials/Publications to keep these documents updated and current, Assisting in completing and revising syllabi.
7. Duy trì tính hiện hành đối với các tài liệu huấn luyện.
Maintaining all training material, including trainee handouts and other Publications, in a current at all times.
8. Tham gia họp khi có yêu cầu.
Attending scheduled meetings.
9. Cập nhật Ngân hàng câu hỏi mỗi 06 tháng.
Reviewing Question Bank regularly every 06 months.
10. Thực hiện các công việc hành chính liên quan.
Conducting administrative work.
11. Quản lý, lưu trữ tài liệu của khóa học.
Managing, retaining records of training courses, instructors, and staff.

Job Requirement
- Trình độ chuyên môn / Education:
* Đại học, có chứng chỉ chuyên ngành Kỹ thuật Hàng không /
Bachelor's Degree, Aviation technical certificates.
- Kinh nghiệm/Job related experience:
* 5 năm kinh nghiệm liên quan theo yêu cầu /
5 years of relevant experience required
- Kiến thức chuyên ngành/Specific knowledge:
* Có chứng chỉ chuyên môn theo yêu cầu /
Having the required professional certificates
- Khả năng am hiểu/Business understanding:
* Hiểu biết về ngành hàng không, các tiêu chuẩn trong lĩnh vực huấn luyện/
Understand the aviation industry, standards in the subjects controled
* Nắm vững cơ cấu tổ chức, chức năng và nhiệm vụ của VJAA /
Understand the organization, functions and responsibilities of VJAA and its departments
- Yêu cầu khác/Other requirements:
* Đã được phê duyệt theo TPM/
Has been approved in accordance with TPM
* Thể hiện kỹ năng thuyết trình bằng văn bản và bằng lời nói bằng tiếng Việt và tiếng Anh./
Demonstrable written and oral presentation skills in Vietnames and English.
* Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt /
Good communication skills
* Sử dụng thành thạo phần mềm Microsoft Office /
Competent in the use of Microsoft Office software
* Phải có khả năng hành động theo sáng kiến cá nhân và đưa ra quyết định theo các hướng dẫn đã thống nhất /
Must be able to act on personal initiative and take decisions within agreed guidelines
