Job Description
- Chịu trách nhiệm chung; tổ chức; điều hành các công việc và nhân viên của Bộ phận Huấn luyện Kỹ thuật.
- Chịu trách nhiệm xây dựng và tổ chức thực hiện chương trình huấn luyện .
- Chịu trách nhiệm xây dựng và tổ chức thực hiện kế hoạch huấn luyện và các vấn đề liên quan.
- Chịu trách nhiệm các vấn đề liên quan đến huấn luyện kỹ thuật khác: quản lý quỹ huấn luyện; kế hoạch phát triển nhân viên kỹ thuật theo kế hoạch đội bay.
- Thực hiện các công việc khác theo phân công của Quản lý trực tiếp.
- Administrator of the Technical Training Section; responsible for overall management, organization, operation of departmental tasks, and supervision of staff.
- To be responsible for AMOTP; develop and organize the implementation of training programs.
- To be responsible for training plans and related matters; develop and organize the implementation of training plans and related activities.
- To be responsible for training credits and training progress in accordance with the aircraft fleet plan; manage training funds and technical staff development plans.
- Other assignments from the direct Manager.

Job Requirement
Trình độ học vấn:
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Hàng không hoặc lĩnh vực liên quan.
Kinh nghiệm:
- Tối thiểu 05 năm làm việc tại Airlines.
- Tối thiểu 03 năm kinh nghiệm quản lý trong khối Kỹ thuật ở cấp quản lý.
Kiến thức chuyên ngành:
- Am hiểu luật hàng không liên quan đến huấn luyện kỹ thuật.
- Ưu tiên ứng viên nắm vững các quy định của EASA và FAA.
- Có kiến thức về bảo dưỡng và kế hoạch bảo dưỡng tàu bay.
- Hiểu biết về tổ chức và hoạt động của Airline, MRO và AMO.
Ngoại ngữ:
- Có khả năng giao tiếp tiếng Anh tốt (nói và viết).
- TOEIC tối thiểu 600 hoặc chứng chỉ tương đương.
Yêu cầu khác:
- Có khả năng làm việc dưới áp lực cao.
- Sẵn sàng làm thêm giờ và công tác ngoài văn phòng.
- Thành thạo Microsoft Office và AMOS (hoặc hệ thống tương đương).
- Hiểu biết về chuyển đổi số, phân tích dữ liệu nâng cao hoặc AI trong quản lý
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Aviation or related field.
Job Related Experience:
- Minimum 05 years of experience in Airlines/MRO.
- Minimum 03 years of management experience in Engineering at a lower management level.
Specific Knowledge:
- Aviation laws related to technical training.
- Priority given to candidates with strong knowledge of EASA and FAA regulations.
- Knowledge of aircraft maintenance and planning.
- Understanding of Airline, MRO, and AMO organizations and operations.
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work under high pressure.
- Willingness to work overtime and travel for work outside the office.
- Possess knowledge of digital transformation, advanced data analytics, or the application of AI in management
