Job Description
1. Material Planning & Inventory Management
• Develop and maintain inventory strategies for aircraft spare parts, rotables, consumables, expendables, tooling, and ground support equipment.
• Monitor inventory levels and material demand to ensure adequate stock availability while optimizing working capital.
• Coordinate forecasting and replenishment planning based on maintenance schedules, fleet utilization, reliability trends, and operational requirements.
• Review inventory performance and implement actions to reduce stock shortages, excess inventory, and obsolete materials.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, stock reconciliations, and warehouse audits.
2. Supplier & Contract Management
• Manage day-to-day relationships with OEMs, MRO providers, component pool partners, logistics providers, and material suppliers.
• Monitor supplier performance against agreed KPIs, including delivery performance, service quality, turnaround time, and cost efficiency.
• Support contract implementation, administration, renewal, and performance review processes.
• Coordinate warranty claims, repair claims, and supplier corrective actions when required.
• Support commercial negotiations and supplier development initiatives to improve service levels and reduce costs.
3. AOG & Operational Support
• Coordinate material support activities for Aircraft on Ground (AOG) events to minimize operational disruption.
• Ensure timely sourcing, transportation, and delivery of critical aircraft materials and components.
• Monitor AOG response performance and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Maintenance Control Center, Logistics providers, and suppliers during operational disruptions.
• Maintain visibility of critical shortages and escalation processes to support operational decision-making.
4. Logistics & Warehousing Management
• Oversee warehousing and logistics activities to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient material handling.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, customs clearance, transportation, and material distribution.
• Ensure compliance with aviation regulatory requirements, company procedures, and quality standards.
• Support warehouse optimization initiatives, including storage planning, inventory accuracy, and process improvements.
• Monitor logistics costs and service performance to ensure operational efficiency.
5. Supply Chain Performance & Cost Optimization
• Analyze supply chain performance data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop initiatives to improve inventory turnover, supplier performance, material availability, and cost efficiency.
• Support engineering cost reduction programs through inventory optimization, supplier negotiations, and process improvements.
• Participate in supply chain benchmarking and best-practice implementation projects.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain operations.
6. Systems, Data & Reporting
• Maintain data integrity within AMOS, SAP, ERP systems, and other supply chain platforms.
• Develop reports and dashboards covering inventory performance, supplier KPIs, logistics performance, AOG metrics, and supply chain costs.
• Support forecasting, scenario analysis, and management reporting requirements.
• Ensure accurate documentation and reporting for audit and regulatory compliance purposes.
• Support digital transformation, automation, and data analytics initiatives within the supply chain function.
7. Stakeholder Management
• Work closely with Engineering, Maintenance Planning, Procurement, Finance, Quality Assurance, and Operations teams.
• Act as the focal point for supply chain-related operational issues and escalation management.
• Support cross-functional projects aimed at improving fleet reliability and operational efficiency.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders.

Job Requirement
1. Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Aviation Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• Professional certifications such as APICS, CSCP, CLTD, CIPS, or equivalent are advantageous.
2. Experience:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Materials Management, Procurement, Logistics, or Aviation Engineering Supply Chain.
• Experience in inventory management, material planning, supplier management, and logistics operations.
• Aviation, MRO, airline engineering, or aerospace industry experience is highly preferred.
• Experience working with AMOS, SAP, ERP systems, or equivalent supply chain platforms is an advantage.
3. Technical Skills:
• Strong understanding of aircraft materials management, inventory planning, and logistics operations.
• Knowledge of AOG support processes, component pooling arrangements, and aviation supply chain practices.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including reporting, analytics, and forecasting.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other business intelligence tools is preferred.
• Knowledge of data analytics, applied AI, automation, and digital supply chain solutions is an advantage.
4. Language skills:
• Proficient English skills: TOEIC with a minimum score of 700 or equivalent; or Bachelor's Degree in English.
