Job Description
- Điều hành, quản lý và tổ chức thực hiện các hoạt động chuyên môn của Tổ, đảm bảo đáp ứng các yêu cầu về an toàn, chất lượng và hiệu quả khai thác.
- Quản lý, giám sát và thực hiện công tác kỹ thuật thuộc các chương ATA 05, 49, 71-77, 79, 80; bao gồm AD, SB, ETOPS, LLP, ECTM, Oil Consumption và các chương trình kỹ thuật liên quan.
- Xây dựng kế hoạch; nội dung công việc sửa chữa; đại tu; quy trình khai thác/sử dụng Engine, APU.
- Là đầu mối làm việc với nhà sản xuất và các đơn vị liên quan về các vấn đề kỹ thuật, sửa chữa, cải tiến và áp dụng công nghệ mới.
- Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo phân công của cấp trên.
- Direct, manage, and organize the team's technical activities, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and operational efficiency requirements.
- Manage, supervise, and oversee technical activities related to ATA Chapters 05, 49, 71–77, 79, and 80, including ADs, SBs, ETOPS, LLPs, ECTM, Oil Consumption Monitoring, and other related technical programs.
- Develop maintenance plans, repair and overhaul work scopes, and operating/utilization procedures for Engines and APUs.
- Serve as the focal point for coordination with manufacturers and relevant parties on technical issues, repairs, improvements, and the implementation of new technologies.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Job Requirement
1. Trình độ học vấn:
- Đại học trở lên chuyên ngành hàng không
2. Kinh nghiệm:
- Có tối thiểu 05 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc tại Airline/MRO, trong đó có ít nhất 02 năm đảm nhiệm công tác kỹ thuật động cơ tàu bay thuộc Phòng Kỹ thuật.
3. Kiến thức/Kỹ năng chuyên môn:
- Có kiến thức về luật hàng không liên quan; AC type training/ động cơ máy bay A320 family; Ưu tiên nắm vững luật liên quan của EASA; FAA
- Có kiến thức về tổ chức và hoạt động của Airline; MRO; AMO
4. Ngoại ngữ:
- Có khả năng giao tiếp và viết tiếng Anh tốt
- Chứng chỉ TOEIC từ 600 trở lên hoặc tương đương
5. Yêu cầu khác:
- Có thể làm việc dưới áp lực và linh hoạt về thời gian khi cần
- Sử dụng được Microsoft Office; ưu tiên biết AMOS (hoặc tương đương)
- Hiểu biết về chuyển đổi số, phân tích dữ liệu nâng cao hoặc AI trong quản lý

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Aviation, Aerospace Engineering
2. Job related Requirements:
- Minimum 05 years of experience in the aviation industry with an Airline or MRO, including at least 02 years of experience in aircraft engine engineering within a Technical/Engineering Department.
3. Specific knowledge:
- Possess knowledge of relevant aviation regulations; hold Aircraft Type Training and/or Engine Type Training for the A320 Family. Preference will be given to candidates with a strong understanding of applicable EASA and FAA regulations.
- Possess knowledge of the organization, structure, and operations of Airlines, Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) organizations, and Approved Maintenance Organizations (AMO).
4. Language Skills:
- Good command of spoken and written English
- TOEIC score of 600 or above, or equivalent certification
5. Other requirements:
- Able to work under pressure and be flexible with working hours when required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AMOS (or similar system) is a plus
- Possess knowledge of digital transformation, advanced data analytics, or the application of AI in management.
