Job Description
- Thực hiện kiểm tra đánh giá các hoạt động bảo dưỡng theo kế hoạch đánh giá của AMO và theo dõi các hành động khắc phục
- Soạn và cập nhật các checklist đánh giá
- Hỗ trợ rà soát và đánh giá hồ sơ bảo dưỡng ngoài căn cứ
- Hỗ trợ rà soát và đánh giá hồ sơ đề nghị sử dụng vật tư, dụng cụ tương đương
- Hỗ trợ rà soát và đánh giá các hồ sơ đề nghị nhân nhượng
- Hỗ trợ rà soát và đánh giá hồ sơ đề nghị bổ sung năng định vào Caplist
- Thực hiện đánh giá, hỏi thi cấp Ủy quyền cho các nhân viên
- Các công việc khác do Trưởng Ban QC, Giám đốc QA giao phó
- Conduct audit and inspection as required by AMO audit plan (if authorised as auditor) and follow up corrective actions
- Compose and update audit checklists for maintenance, workshop, etc.
- Assist to review and evaluate work away from base
- Assisst to review and evaluate application for part fabrication, alternate tool
- Assist to review the application of concession, dispensation prior to submission for approval
- Assisst to review and evaluate Self-evaluation before adding new article into Caplist
- Conduct competence assessment and interview maintenance personnel before authorization
- Other assignments from the QC Manager, QA Director

Job Requirement
- Trình độ Đại học trở lên với chuyên ngành liên quan
- Tối thiểu 05 năm kinh nghiệm trong các hoạt động bảo dưỡng tàu bay và/hoặc Đảm bảo An toàn Chất lượng
- Có kiến thức nền tảng về lĩnh vực bảo dưỡng tàu, quản lý an toàn, đảm bảo chất lượng
- Sở hữu chứng chỉ Đánh giá viên ATCL
- Có thể thích ứng và hiểu rõ hệ thống Đảm bảo chất lượng của VJC
- Có thể thích ứng và hiểu rõ các hoạt động và quy trình an toàn, chất lượng, kỹ thuật của VJC
- Hiểu rõ các yêu cầu, quy định về bảo dưỡng tàu bay của Cục HKVN, ICAO, IOSA, và các nhà chức trách HK lớn như EASA, FAA
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp
- Khả năng làm việc độc lập và phối hợp nhóm
- Kỹ năng vi tính văn phòng
- Sẵn sàng làm việc không theo giờ cố định
- TOEIC từ 500 hoặc tương đương
- Bachelor’s Degree and above with related major
- At least 05 years of experience in aircraft maintenance and/ or quality assurance
- Proven background and knowledge in aircraft maintenance, safety management, quality assurance.
- Auditor Qualification
- Definite understanding and adaptation of VJC QA system and organization.
- Knowledges of safety, quality, maintenance procedures and activities.
- Wide understanding of safety. quality, maintenance requirements which required by VARs, ICAO, IOSA and major NAA e.g. FAA, EASA.
- Communication skill both writen and verbal
- Ability to work independently and a team work
- Computer skill e.g. Words, Excel, Powerpoint
- Willing to work irregular schedule when required
- TOEIC above 500 or equivalent
