IT Executive / Chuyên Viên Công Nghệ Thông Tin

• Quản trị, vận hành và giám sát hệ thống mạng, máy chủ, lưu trữ, ảo hóa, cloud và các dịch vụ hạ tầng CNTT.                                                          
• Hỗ trợ người dùng cuối/bộ phận.                          
• Khắc phục sự cố hạ tầng, hệ thống máy chủ.
• Báo cáo cho Trưởng nhóm.                                                           
• Bảo trì hệ thống và mạng.                          
• Nghiên cứu và đánh giá các công nghệ hạ tầng mới, đề xuất cải tiến cho các hệ thống hiện có.                                                
• Hỗ trợ CNTT văn phòng.                                                   
• Bảo trì định kỳ hệ thống máy chủ và hạ tầng.
• Phối hợp chặt chẽ với các nhóm CNTT khác để lập kế hoạch và triển khai các dự án và nâng cấp hạ tầng.

• Administer, operate, and monitor network, server, storage, virtualization, cloud, and other IT infrastructure systems to ensure their stability, security, and availability.
• Support end-user/department.
• Troubleshooting infrastructure, server systems.                                                 
• Reporting to the Leader.     
• System and Network maintenance.          
• Research and evaluate new infrastructure technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.     
• Office IT support.   
• Periodic maintenance of server systems and infrastructure.
• Work closely with other IT team to plan and implement infrastructure projects and upgrades.

1. Trình độ chuyên môn:

• Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Công nghệ thông tin, Mạng máy tính, An toàn thông tin hoặc các ngành liên quan.    

2. Trình độ Tiếng Anh:     

• TOEIC 500+.

3. Kinh nghiệm:

• Có tối thiểu 3 năm kinh nghiệm trong quản trị hạ tầng CNTT, mạng, máy chủ, thiết bị đầu cuối hoặc hỗ trợ kỹ thuật.
• Có kinh nghiệm vận hành hệ thống mạng, máy chủ, firewall, Wi-Fi, backup, antivirus, endpoint management và các dịch vụ CNTT nội bộ.
• Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm với cloud, ảo hóa, monitoring, SOC, bảo mật hệ thống hoặc hạ tầng phục vụ đào tạo.
• Có khả năng đọc hiểu tài liệu kỹ thuật tiếng Anh và làm việc với nhà cung cấp/đối tác kỹ thuật.                                     

4. Kiến thức chuyên ngành

• Có kiến thức về hệ thống mạng LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routing, switching, firewall, VPN và bảo mật mạng cơ bản.
• Có hiểu biết về máy chủ, hệ điều hành Windows/Linux, ảo hóa, lưu trữ, backup, restore và giám sát hệ thống.
• Có khả năng quản lý thiết bị đầu cuối, tài khoản người dùng, phân quyền truy cập, bản vá hệ thống và phần mềm bảo mật.
• Có hiểu biết cơ bản về cloud, automation, monitoring tools, IT service management và các tiêu chuẩn bảo mật CNTT.

5. Khả năng am hiểu

• Hiểu vai trò của hạ tầng CNTT trong việc đảm bảo hoạt động đào tạo, quản lý học viên, vận hành lớp học, hệ thống LMS/TMS và các dịch vụ nội bộ của Học viện.
• Có khả năng nhận diện nhu cầu hạ tầng, kết nối, bảo mật và thiết bị để hỗ trợ hiệu quả cho các phòng ban và dự án CNTT.
• Hiểu tầm quan trọng của tính ổn định, bảo mật, sao lưu, khôi phục và tính liên tục của hệ thống trong môi trường đào tạo hàng không.

 6. Yêu cầu khác:

• Điểm TOEIC từ 500 trở lên.
• Chủ động, trách nhiệm, cẩn thận và có tinh thần phục vụ người dùng.
• Có khả năng làm việc độc lập, phối hợp nhóm và xử lý sự cố dưới áp lực.
• Sẵn sàng hỗ trợ ngoài giờ khi có sự cố hệ thống hoặc yêu cầu vận hành quan trọng.
• Có tinh thần học hỏi, cập nhật công nghệ mới và cải tiến hạ tầng CNTT.

1. Education:              

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Networks, Information Security, or a related field.

• TOEIC 500+.

3. Job-related experience:      

• At least 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure administration, network, servers, endpoints or technical support.
• Experience in operating networks, servers, firewalls, Wi-Fi, backup, antivirus, endpoint management and internal IT services.
• Experience with cloud, virtualization, monitoring, SOC, system security, or training-related infrastructure is preferred.
• Ability to read English technical documents and work with vendors/technical partners.

4. Specific knowledge:

• Knowledge of LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routing, switching, firewall, VPN and basic network security.
• Understanding of servers, Windows/Linux operating systems, virtualization, storage, backup, restore and system monitoring.
• Ability to manage endpoints, user accounts, access rights, system patches and security software.
• Basic understanding of cloud, automation, monitoring tools, IT service management and IT security standards.

5. Business understanding:

• Understand the role of IT infrastructure in supporting training operations, learner management, classroom operations, LMS/TMS systems and internal services of the Academy.
• Ability to identify infrastructure, connectivity, security and equipment needs to effectively support departments and IT projects.
• Understand the importance of stability, security, backup, recovery and system continuity in an aviation training environment.

6. Other requirements:

• Proactive, responsible, detail-oriented and user-service minded.
• Able to work independently, collaborate with teams and troubleshoot under pressure
• Willing to provide after-hours support in case of system incidents or critical operational requirements.
• Willing to learn, update new technologies and improve IT infrastructure.
