Job Description
- Xây dựng và triển khai kế hoạch khai thác dịch vụ phù hợp với mục tiêu và kế hoạch kinh doanh của Công ty.
- Điều hành hoạt động khai thác hằng ngày, đảm bảo hoạt động liên tục, ổn định và đáp ứng yêu cầu tại các sân bay.
- Phân công, điều phối nhân sự và nguồn lực phù hợp với sản lượng và nhu cầu khai thác.
- Giám sát việc tuân thủ các quy trình, tiêu chuẩn về khai thác, an toàn, an ninh và chất lượng dịch vụ.
- Chủ động nhận diện, xử lý và báo cáo các vấn đề, sự cố hoặc tình huống bất thường phát sinh trong quá trình khai thác.
- Theo dõi chất lượng khai thác, KPI và đề xuất các giải pháp cải tiến nhằm nâng cao năng suất, chất lượng và hiệu quả hoạt động.
- Kiểm soát nguồn lực, phương tiện, thiết bị và chi phí khai thác theo ngân sách được phê duyệt.
- Là đầu mối phối hợp với các đơn vị nội bộ, khách hàng, đối tác, nhà cung cấp và các bên liên quan.
- Thực hiện báo cáo định kỳ, đột xuất và tham mưu cho Ban Lãnh đạo các giải pháp nâng cao hiệu quả khai thác dịch vụ
- Develop and implement service operations plans in line with the Company's objectives and business plans.
- Manage daily operations to ensure continuity, stability and compliance with operational requirements across airports.
- Assign and coordinate manpower and resources based on operational volume and requirements.
- Monitor compliance with operational procedures and standards relating to safety, security and service quality.
- Proactively identify, address and report operational issues, incidents and irregular situations.
- Monitor operational quality and KPIs, and propose improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, service quality and operational efficiency.
- Manage resources, vehicles, equipment and operational costs within the approved budget.
- Act as the focal point for coordination with internal departments, customers, partners, suppliers and other stakeholders.
- Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports and advise Management on solutions to improve operational effectiveness.
Job Requirement
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên.
- Có ít nhất 05 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực liên quan hoặc 02 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương.
- Có kiến thức và kinh nghiệm về hoạt động khai thác hàng không, khai thác mặt đất, dịch vụ chuyến bay, ramp hoặc cargo là một lợi thế.
- Có kỹ năng quản lý, điều hành, lập kế hoạch, phân bổ nguồn lực và giải quyết vấn đề.
- Tiếng Anh tương đương TOEIC từ 600 điểm trở lên; ưu tiên ứng viên biết thêm tiếng Hoa, Nhật, Hàn hoặc ngoại ngữ khác.
- Thành thạo các ứng dụng văn phòng như Word, Excel, PowerPoint và Email.
- Có khả năng làm việc trong môi trường áp lực cao, sẵn sàng đi công tác và làm việc xa nhà khi cần thiết.
- Có kỹ năng giao tiếp, phối hợp, xử lý tình huống và tinh thần trách nhiệm cao.
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant field or at least 2 years in an equivalent position.
- Knowledge and experience in aviation operations, ground handling, in-flight services, ramp or cargo operations is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, planning, resource management and problem-solving skills.
- English proficiency equivalent to TOEIC 600 or above; additional languages such as Chinese, Japanese or Korean are preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Email.
- Able to work under pressure and willing to travel or work away from home when required.
- Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving skills and a high sense of responsibility.
