TRƯỞNG BAN KHAI THÁC HÀNG HÓA / CARGO OPERTIONS TEAM LEADER

• Giám sát hoạt động khai thác và kiểm soát chất lượng công việc của nhân viên trong đội.

• Kiểm tra, giám sát chất lượng dịch vụ phục vụ hàng hóa tại kho hàng cho các chuyến bay của khách hàng.

• Kiểm soát việc thực hiện các quy trình phục vụ theo đúng tiêu chuẩn công việc, đảm bảo hoạt động của đơn vị hiệu quả.

• Giám sát nhân viên tuân thủ đầy đủ các quy định về an ninh, an toàn trong hoạt động khai thác.

• Theo dõi và báo cáo hoạt động của đội cho Trưởng Phòng; kịp thời phát hiện và chấn chỉnh các sai sót.

• Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan để đảm bảo các nhiệm vụ được giao được thực hiện hiệu quả.

• Tham mưu cho Trưởng Phòng trong việc lập kế hoạch và đánh giá hoạt động của đội nhằm đảm bảo an toàn và nâng cao chất lượng dịch vụ.

• Tham gia hướng dẫn, đào tạo chuyên môn nghiệp vụ cho nhân viên và nhân viên tại các trung tâm khai thác, hạn chế sai sót trong quá trình phục vụ.

• Theo dõi, đánh giá việc tuân thủ các quy định và quy trình về An toàn & Sức khỏe nghề nghiệp (OH&S) tại các trung tâm khai thác.

• Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo phân công của cấp trên.

• Supervise cargo operations and control the quality of the team's performance.

• Monitor and control cargo handling services at the Cargo Terminal for customers' flights.

• Ensure service procedures are performed in accordance with established work standards and operational requirements.

• Closely supervise staff to ensure full compliance with safety and security regulations during operations.

• Monitor and report the team's activities to the Aviation Operations Manager, identifying and promptly correcting any potential mistakes.

• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure assigned tasks are completed effectively and to the required quality standards.

• Provide support and recommendations to the Aviation Operations Manager in planning and evaluating team activities to maintain operational safety and improve service quality.

• Participate in professional guidance and training for team members and employees at operational stations to minimize errors during service delivery.

• Monitor and evaluate compliance with Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) policies and procedures across all operational stations.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the upper-level manager.

• Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên.

• Có tối thiểu 03 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực liên quan, trong đó có ít nhất 01 năm kinh nghiệm quản lý.

• Tiếng Anh TOEIC từ 500 trở lên.

• Có sức khỏe tốt, có khả năng làm việc trong môi trường áp lực, nắng nóng và tiếng ồn.

• Cẩn thận, trung thực, có tinh thần trách nhiệm và khả năng làm việc nhóm.

• Có tư duy tích cực.

• University degree or above.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience, including at least 1 year of management experience.

• TOEIC score of 500 or above.

• Good physical health and ability to work under pressure and in hot and noisy environments.

• Careful, honest, responsible, and a strong team player.
