Job Description
- Phân tích yêu cầu, thiết kế, phát triển và bảo trì các ứng dụng và phần mềm nội bộ.
- Hỗ trợ vận hành, xử lý lỗi và cải tiến các hệ thống phần mềm đang sử dụng.
- Phối hợp triển khai, kiểm thử, nghiệm thu và bàn giao các hệ thống phần mềm mới.
- Tích hợp dữ liệu và chức năng giữa các hệ thống như LMS, TMS, DMS, ETR, website, BI Dashboard và các nền tảng liên quan.
- Hỗ trợ người dùng, tiếp nhận yêu cầu, hướng dẫn sử dụng và phối hợp xử lý các vấn đề phát sinh.
- Soạn thảo tài liệu kỹ thuật, tài liệu hướng dẫn, tài liệu kiểm thử và báo cáo tình trạng công việc.
- Nghiên cứu, đề xuất và ứng dụng các công nghệ mới như AI, tự động hóa, API, phân tích dữ liệu hoặc các công cụ hỗ trợ phát triển phần mềm.
- Phối hợp với nhà cung cấp, đối tác và các phòng ban để bảo đảm tiến độ, chất lượng và hiệu quả triển khai hệ thống.
- Hỗ trợ hướng dẫn, rà soát kỹ thuật và chia sẻ kinh nghiệm cho nhân sự phần mềm cấp thấp hơn khi được phân công.
- Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo phân công của quản lý trực tiếp.
- Analyze requirements and design, develop and maintain internal applications and software.
- Support operations, troubleshoot
issues and improve existing software systems.
- Coordinate the implementation,
testing, acceptance and handover of new software systems.
- Integrate data and functions across
LMS, TMS, DMS, ETR, websites, BI Dashboards and related platforms.
- Support users by receiving requests,
providing guidance and coordinating issue resolution.
- Prepare technical documentation, user
guides, test documentation and work status reports.
- Research, propose and apply emerging technologies such as AI, automation, APIs, data analytics and software development support tools.
- Coordinate with vendors, partners and departments to ensure project progress, quality and effective system implementation.
- Provide technical guidance, reviews and knowledge sharing for junior software staff when assigned.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the direct manager.
Job Requirement
1) Trình độ
chuyên môn:
- Có bằng cấp chuyên ngành Công nghệ Thông tin.
2) Kinh
nghiệm:
- Có từ 3 năm kinh nghiệm trở lên trong lĩnh vực phát triển phần mềm.
- Có kinh nghiệm về lập trình web hoặc ứng dụng, cơ sở dữ liệu, API, kiểm thử, triển khai và bảo trì hệ thống phần mềm.
- Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm với LMS, TMS, e-learning, hệ thống quản lý đào tạo, hệ thống nội bộ doanh nghiệp hoặc các dự án chuyển đổi số.
- Có khả năng đọc hiểu tài liệu kỹ thuật bằng tiếng Anh và làm việc với nhà cung cấp hoặc các phòng ban nghiệp vụ.
1) Education:
- A degree in Information Technology.
2) Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in software development.
- Experience in web or application development, databases, APIs, testing, deployment and software maintenance.
- Experience with LMS, TMS, e-learning, training management systems, enterprise internal systems or digital transformation projects is preferred.
- Ability to read technical documents in English and work with vendors and business departments.
3) Specific Knowledge:
- Knowledge of the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment and maintenance.
- Understanding of web or application development, databases, REST APIs, system integration and basic application security.
- Ability to support operations, troubleshoot issues, optimize performance and improve internal software systems.
- Basic understanding of applied AI, automation, data analytics, BI Dashboards and software development support tools.
4) Business
Understanding:
- Understanding of how software supports training, learner management, admissions, assessment, reporting and the Academy's internal operations.
- Ability to translate business needs into clear, appropriate and implementable technical requirements.
- Understanding of the importance of data, system integration, information security and user experience in software operations.
5) English
and Other Requirements:
- TOEIC score of 500 or above.
- Proactive, responsible, detail-oriented and willing to learn new technologies.
- Able to work independently, collaborate with teams and support users effectively.
- Able to work under pressure, handle multiple requests and meet work deadlines.
