Job Description

1.New Aircraft Delivery (Production & Delivery Phase):
- Act as resident/customer inspector at Airbus and/or Boeing final assembly facilities, monitoring aircraft build against the airline's purchase specification and configuration.
- Witness key production hold points, structural closeouts, systems installations, and functional/operational tests.
- Track and disposition non-conformances, concessions, and open job/traveled work; assess impact on airworthiness, schedule, and long-term maintenance cost.
- Inspect cabin and BFE (seats, galleys, IFE, cabin systems) for fit, finish, and conformity to contracted layout.
- Review build records, weight & balance data, and certificates of conformity.
- Attend milestone/status reviews with OEM customer quality teams and escalate issues to airline engineering/program management.
- Observe or participate in production/acceptance flights (e.g., Airbus acceptance flight, Boeing B-1/B-2 flights).
- Conduct final acceptance walk-down and review delivery documentation (Certificate of Airworthiness, Certificate of Conformity) before signing the Acceptance Certificate.
- Coordinate with airline planning, finance, and operations teams to ensure the aircraft is ready for entry into service on schedule.

2.Aircraft Redelivery Project Management:
- Lead technical redelivery planning for aircraft returning to lessors, starting well ahead of lease expiry (typically 12–24 months lead time).
- Review lease return conditions (LRCs) and reconcile against current aircraft technical status (records, maintenance status, damage history, modification/STC status).
- Plan and manage redelivery inspections, borescope inspections, records audits, and rectification work packages.
- Coordinate with MRO providers, lessor technical representatives, and internal engineering/maintenance planning to close out discrepancies before physical redelivery.
- Manage aircraft records reconciliation/digitization to meet lessor and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with commercial and legal teams to resolve issues arising from redelivery conditions and lease settlement.
- Represent the airline during the physical redelivery inspection and sign-off with the lessor's technical representative.
- Maintain the redelivery project timeline, risk register, and status reporting to management.

Job Requirement

1. Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical/Aerospace/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- A&P/EASA Part-66 license is an advantage.

2. Job-related Requirements:
- Minimum 5–8 years' experience in airline engineering, aircraft delivery, technical records, or MRO/lease management.
- Prior experience as an OEM resident inspector or customer quality representative (Airbus and/or Boeing programs) is strongly preferred.

3. Specific Knowledge:
- Solid understanding of aircraft lease agreements, lease return conditions, and end-of-lease technical processes.
- Familiarity with A321neo/A330neo and/or B737 MAX systems, configuration, and production processes.
- Strong working knowledge of airworthiness regulations (EASA/FAA) and aircraft records requirements.

4. Language Skills:
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) with Toeic >600 or equivalent.
- Additional languages are a plus.

5. Other Requirements:
- Willingness to travel extensively and undertake long-term resident assignments at OEM/MRO facilities.
- Strong negotiation, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with aircraft records/maintenance tracking software (e.g., AMOS) is an advantage.
- Possess knowledge of digital transformation, advanced data analytics, or the application of AI in management.
