- Theo dõi các vấn đề chất lượng và tuân thủ trong AMO; xử lý các điểm không phù hợp phát sinh từ hoạt động giám sát, kiểm tra đột xuất, CMR, COA, đánh giá AMO và kiểm tra tàu bay tại sân đỗ.
- Điều tra các điểm không phù hợp và phát hiện; phân tích nguyên nhân gốc; thực hiện hành động khắc phục tức thời khi cần thiết; xây dựng và theo dõi các hành động khắc phục/phòng ngừa đến khi hoàn tất. Phản hồi các quan ngại về chất lượng trên Coruson theo phê duyệt của quản lý.
- Theo dõi OSR, MOR, các báo cáo an toàn và các vấn đề liên quan đến nhà chức trách; phối hợp các đơn vị liên quan, báo cáo MQA kèm theo bằng chứng. Đảm bảo tài liệu kỹ thuật luôn được cập nhật và thực hiện kiểm tra đột xuất/giám sát hoạt động bảo dưỡng theo chỉ đạo.
- Monitor quality and compliance within the AMO and address non-conformities arising from surveillance, spot checks, CMRs, COAs, AMO audits, and aircraft maintenance ramp inspections.
- To investigate non-conformities/findings, identify root causes, take immediate corrective action when necessary, and develop and monitor corrective/preventive actions to ensure full implementation and closure; respond to quality concerns in Coruson with management approval.
- Monitor OSR, MOR, safety reports, and issues raised by aviation authorities; coordinate with relevant departments and report findings to MQA with supporting evidence; ensure technical documentation is up to date; and conduct spot checks/maintenance surveillance as directed.

Job Requirement
1. Trình độ học vấn:
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Kỹ thuật Hàng không; hoặc chuyên ngành Kỹ thuật và đã hoàn thành khóa học Kỹ thuật Hàng không cơ bản.
2. Kinh nghiệm:
- Tối thiểu 06 tháng kinh nghiệm làm việc ở vị trí Thợ máy tàu bay và tối thiểu 02 năm công tác tại VJC AMO.
3. Kiến thức/Kỹ năng chuyên môn:
- Tiêu chuẩn/quy định của nhà chức trách; kỹ thuật đánh giá; điều tra lỗi bảo dưỡng; MME, MOPM, LMM, Line Maintenance SOP; SMS, Human Factors, Just Culture; duy trì đủ điều kiện bay.
- Hiểu biết về phạm vi phê chuẩn và giới hạn áp dụng đối với nhân sự; hiểu điều kiện bảo đảm duy trì đủ điều kiện bay; đọc hiểu work order, work card và dữ liệu bảo dưỡng áp dụng.
- ISO 9000/Internal Quality Auditor; MEDA; VJC AOC/AMO Indoctrination; AMOS/Coruson/ETLB; Aircraft Type Training Level 2; SMS; Human Factors; Ramp Safety; Aviation Security và đào tạo khác theo yêu cầu TPM.
4. Ngoại ngữ:
- Có khả năng đọc hiểu tốt tài liệu kỹ thuật tiếng Anh.
- TOEIC từ 500 trở lên hoặc chứng chỉ tương đương.
5. Yêu cầu khác:
- Giao tiếp và viết báo cáo rõ ràng.
- Làm việc nhóm và phối hợp liên phòng ban, có khả năng điều phối và dẫn dắt khi được giao.
- Lập kế hoạch, theo dõi và triển khai hành động khắc phục.
- Kỹ năng điều tra lỗi bảo dưỡng và phân tích nguyên nhân gốc.
- Hiểu biết cơ bản về AI và công nghệ số.
1. Education:
- Graduated from a university with a degree in Aeronautical Engineering, or in another engineering discipline with a completed Basic Aeronautical Engineering course.
2. Experience:
- At least 6 months of experience working as an Aircraft Mechanic and at least 2 years of experience working at VJC AMO.
3. Specific Knowledge:
- Applicable standards and authority regulations; auditing techniques; maintenance error investigation; MME, MOPM, LMM and Line Maintenance SOP; SMS, Human Factors, Just Culture; continuing airworthiness.
- Knowledge of personnel authorizations and limitations; conditions for maintaining continuing airworthiness; and the ability to read and understand work orders, work cards, and applicable maintenance data.
- ISO 9000/Internal Quality Auditor; MEDA; VJC AOC/AMO Indoctrination; AMOS/Coruson/ETLB; Aircraft Type Training Level 2; SMS; Human Factors; Ramp Safety; Aviation Security and other training required by TPM.
4. Language Skills:
- Good English reading comprehension, particularly for technical documents.
- TOEIC score of 500 or above, or equivalent certification
5. Other Requirements:
- Adequate communication and report-writing skills.
- Ability to work in a team and coordinate across departments, with the ability to coordinate activities and provide leadership when assigned.
- Planning, monitoring, and deployment of corrective actions.
- Maintenance error investigation and root-cause analysis skills.
- Possess knowledge of basic AI or Digital Literacy.
