- Monitor, evaluate, update, and provide technical support for Airworthiness Directives (AD), Service Bulletins (SB), Burn Certificates, LOPA, and other technical documents related to ATA 25 (Aircraft -Equipment/Furnishings) and In-Flight Entertainment (IFE).
- Prepare and review overhaul and repair work scopes, technical documentation, and operational procedures related to aircraft cabin systems and IFE.
- Coordinate and communicate with aircraft manufacturers, equipment suppliers, and relevant stakeholders on technical matters concerning aircraft cabin systems and IFE, including the evaluation and implementation of new technologies.
- Provide technical services and support, including technical evaluation, document updates, compliance monitoring, and follow-up of ADs, SBs, Burn Certificates, LOPA, and other relevant technical requirements for ATA 25 and IFE.
- Monitor the technical condition, performance, and maintenance status of aircraft cabin and IFE systems, ensuring compliance with applicable technical requirements.
- Perform other related duties and assignments as directed by the Line Manager.
Job Requirement
1. Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Aviation or a related field.
2. Job-related Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the Airline or MRO industry.
3. Specific Knowledge
- Good understanding of aviation regulations and standards, preferably EASA and FAA requirements.
- Knowledge of Aircraft Type Training (AC Type Training), A320 Family, In-Flight Entertainment (IFE), Airline, MRO, and AMO operations and organizational structures.
4. Language Skills
- Good command of English, with a minimum TOEIC score of 500.
5. Other Requirements
- Ability to work under high pressure, work overtime, and travel or work outside the office when required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with AMOS or equivalent maintenance management systems is an advantage.
- Knowledge of digital transformation, advanced data analytics, or the application of AI in management is an advantage.
