Job Description
- Plan, organize and monitor division activities; compile procedures, based on center/company requirement, control working quality of team, motivate and conduct performance appraisal, implement rewarding and disciplinary measures, identify training needs and conduct staff training schemes to maximize departmental performances and utilize human resources;
- Guide and train profession knowledge for subordinate employee;
- Participate in work manual composing, training, coaching as required;
- Be on duty of division in accordance with schedule;
- Attend meetings with concerned department to assure important deployment is updated and distribute to team members promptly;
- Building up the quality policy and safety/ security index of Load control - Ramp Coordinator & Headset Team follow company development;
- Monitoring personnel working roster of supervisor, ensure complying with Occupational safety and hygiene law;
- Manage and be responsible for the development, implementation of security & safety program and the quality assurance program;
- Prepare for internal/ external audit (regular and irregular);
- Monitor and coordinate with relevant department to resolve error during operations;
- Statistical, evaluate services quality in regularly basic and give solution to improve quality & safety;
- Compile and send related reports on timely manner or upon urgent request;
- Use human resource of team effectively;
- Perform order tasks as assign by upper-level manager.

- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Having at least 7 years experiences in related career.
- Minimum 5 years of management experience.
- Understanding the overall activities at ramp side to resolve all problems and avoidable risk.
- English TOEIC 550 (or equivalent certificate) or college graduation/graduated from English major.
- Male from 28-45 years old.
- High responsibility.
- Problem and situation dealing and solving skills.
- Good morals, clean curriculum vitae (submit Criminal record sample 2).
- Compliance with regulation, procedure and working disciplines.
